Cooking~How to make chocolate chip cookies

Hey, guys! We thought to make another special week about one main subject. This week's subject will be cooking. For this posting, we thought about how to make chocolate chip cookies. Let's get started!

The ingredients you'll need are:
  • 1 cup of butter (800g) (or substitute sunflower oil)
  • 3/4 cup of packed brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup of grounded sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups of chocolate chips
  • 1 cup of milk

The steps you'll have to follow are:

1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda. Gently mix these together and then set this bowl aside.

2. In a large bowl, beat the butter, then add the brown sugar and white sugar and mix. Finally, add the vanilla and milk. When those are completely mixed together, add eggs and mix again until completely combined.

3. Slowly add the dry ingredients from the medium-sized bowl to the wet ingredients in the large bowl, mixing until the dry ingredients are totally combined. At this point you should have a moderately thick cookie dough.

This is how it should look until now.

4. Scoop up a golf ball size amount of dough with a spoon and drop in onto a cookie sheet. Leave at least an inch of space between the cookies, because they'll spread out when they cook. You can usually fit 12 cookies on a cookie sheet at a time.

5. Put the cookies in the oven and bake for about 10-14 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and let the cookies rest on the pan for 3-4 minutes.

6. Using a spatula, lift cookies off onto wax paper or a cooling rack. Let cool for about 5 more minutes.

7. Eat and enjoy some with yourself, family or friends!
We really hope you enjoyed this posting and you'll try to make cookies at home. This Friday, we will post another recipe, so stay tuned. Bye! :)

Music~Plunklock concert

Hello, everyone! Last week-end as you already know was awesome because we went on 2 great concerts. Nati-pon told you how was her concert so now is my turn.
I bought a regular ticket since the VIP ones where sold in the first few days, but the regular ticket wasn't so bad.
The only diffrences were that the VIPs could enter faster than the rest and they could watch the bands as they were practicing for the concert. Yes, I said bands and that because in the opening of PLUNKLOCK there was another band called Monarchy, a romanian rock band that seemed pretty popular.
The concert was supposed to begin at 6pm but from unknown reasons it started at 7:30pm.
We had to spend the time from 6 to 7:30 on the hallways of the building, but thinking back to it I realise that it was actually nice since I got to know a lot of new and interesting people. Monarchy was great, a little bit hard-rock but enjoyable.
Everyone was screaming and I thought that they were super excited, but when PLunklock went on the scene the fans went mad (including me). We were screaming their names and cheering for them...I couldn't even hear the first song because the girls (and a few boys) were shouting really loud AND I was right by the scene. It was crazy!
The members made many fanservices, the bassist(Haruka) and vocalist(Hello) ALMOST kissed, they were all jumping on the stage, feeling the music and the drumer (Pinky) seemed like a Pokemon to me, so childish and happy, just like a Pokemon.
The vocalist also learned a few things in romanian like: I love you, Thank you and Good evening which was cool.
I took a lot of pictures, I mean A LOT!!! And fortunately I managed to get an autograph too. Many people with regular ticket couldn't do it but I sayed *pretty please* and made the famous puppy face and the bodyguard went and took all the autographs for me. Lucky~  The place was still crowded even after the concert ended around 9pm as they were all hoping to get to see the members once more. There were selling CDs as well and I could stop myself from buying one even if was a little pricey.
