Hello, everybody! This is the second posting of the MOVIE WEEK! Hurray! Today we're going to make a review on one of new movies, which is really popular, but we will also tell you about a not-so-great movie, of course in our opinion.
Thw first movie is In Time(2011)
We liked about everything this movie has to offer, especially the great actors and the intersting plot, however we give it a thumb down too, because we really wished that there was a Happy End and the two main characters wouldn't have died.
The plot takes place in a future where money were replaced by time, and people stop aging when they turn 25, even if they have just one more year to live aftrewards, unsless they gain time in order continue their life.
One day, the main male character, Will Salas (Justin Timberlake) meets a mysterous man, who gives him a century also telling him the policy the rich have in life.
He then goes to casino in the exclusivist area, this way meeting Sylvia Weis (Amanda Seyfried).
The two of them fall in love, thing that Sylvia's father doesn't like, especially when Will is acussed of a murder he didn't commit. They fight for their love and they try to make the world a better place, managing to somehow change it.
Unfortunately the two lovers don't get to see how it turned out as the they raned out of time.
It's a must see!!!!
The secont one is Carnage(2011)
A not so bad movie, with good actor and funny scenes, but still, it doesn't have action and no peak.
The movie tells an episode from the life of regular people. It all starts when Zachary and Ethan fight in a park. Their parents, the Longstreets (John C. Reilly and Joodie Foster) and the Cowans (Kate Winslet and Christoph Waltz), decide to hold a cordial meeting in the small apartment of the first ones. The nice and polite conversation degenarates into a rude talk full of insults, especially that the two families are really diffrent. As their time together progresses, increasingly childish behavior throws the evening into chaos.
